2. Product Customization
• All custom hat orders are designed and created based on the specifications provided by you.
• It is your responsibility to review and confirm all design proofs before production begins.
3. Order Processing
• Production timelines for custom orders will be provided at checkout or during the consultation process.
• Full payment is required before production begins.
4. Shipping & Delivery
• Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout. Delays due to third-party carriers are beyond our control.
• Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the product is defective or the shipping error is ours.
5. Returns & Exchanges
• Custom-made hats with leather patches are non-returnable unless there is a manufacturing defect.
• Any issues with your order must be reported within 7 days of delivery.
6. Intellectual Property
• All custom designs, including leather patch designs created by The Canadian Hat House, remain the property of our company and cannot be reproduced without our written consent.
7. Limitation of Liability
• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products.
